About the Exhibition
My passion for orangutan conservation inspired me to blend my love for animals and art through “Orangutan – The Exhibition,” which originally took place in 2014.
We are excited to announce a new exhibition 'Orangutan in ART' set for 2025 in Brisbane, Australia! This fundraising art exhibition will feature artists from across Australia, aiming to raise awareness of the challenge’s orangutans continue to face. All generated and essential funds will go to The International Animal Rescue Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre (IAR) in Ketapang, Indonesia Borneo, as well as the Vet Teams supported by Orangutan Veterinary Aid (OVAID).
The upcoming exhibition will showcase diverse artworks created by Australian artists, each paired with an orangutan cared for by IAR. This collaboration will showcase the unique personalities of these magnificent primates, creating an event that will visually move and inspire while raising funds.
All proceeds from the sale of these stunning artworks will directly support the future development and preservation efforts of the International Animal Rescue Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre on the ground in Borneo and help fund the fantastic support Orangutan Veterinary Aid delivers through equipment donation and training of veterinarians at rehabilitations centres across Indonesia and Malaysia.

It is exciting to work together with Marion Wall the Ovaid Australian Representative in bringing this Exhibition to Brisbane.
